We follow a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on
the whole child—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Lessons
are designed to meet each child where they are and build on their individual
strengths. We use the Learning Beyond Paper curriculum, which provides staff
with detailed, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support early
learning in all areas. In addition, teachers incorporate their own creative lessons
that focus on weather, seasons, and holidays, making each day engaging,
relevant, and fun for the children.
We value strong and consistent communication with our families. Parents receive
daily updates, photos, and messages through our parent communication app,
Procare. In addition, parents will receive emails regarding special events,
updates, and activities taking place at the center. If a child becomes ill or is
injured while in our care, the Director or Assistant Director will contact the
parent immediately by phone to discuss the situation and next steps.
Yes, we provide infant formula, baby food, breakfast, lunch, and two nutritious
snacks each day. Meals meet state nutritional guidelines and accommodate
common allergies when needed. Menus are emailed to parents at the beginning
of every month.
Absolutely! We encourage families to schedule a tour to meet our staff, explore
our classrooms, and see our program in action. We also offer a free trial day so
parents can see how their child adjusts to the classroom environment before any
money is exchanged. We believe transparency builds trust and helps families feel
confident in their decision.
Our center is equipped with secure entry systems and security cameras in all
classrooms. We have strict sign-in and sign-out procedures, comprehensive
emergency plans, and detailed health and safety protocols. Staff follow a strict
daily cleaning schedule, and the center closes quarterly for a full deep-clean and
classroom reorganization. Each classroom is equipped with air purifiers, and
ozone machines are used monthly to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
In addition, a professional cleaning company visits the center monthly to deep
clean and sanitize all areas, ensuring the highest level of safety and hygiene for
our children and staff.
Our teachers and caregivers are experienced early childhood professionals with
required certifications, background checks, and CPR/First Aid training. Staff also
participate in ongoing professional development throughout the year to stay
current on best practices in early education. Most of our team members have
been with the center for five years or more, providing consistency, trust, and a
family-like environment for the children in our care.
We accept children from six weeks through twelve years old. Our center has eight
classrooms, each designed to meet the developmental needs of specific age
groups. Children advance to the next room based on their individual
development and readiness, ensuring that every child is supported at their own
pace. In addition to our full-day early childhood programs, we also offer before
and aftercare, a summer camp program, and care for school-aged children on
days when schools are closed, providing families with flexible, year-round
support.
"My experience with Dana’s Daycare has been truly amazing! Like many parents, I was hesitant to enroll my one-year-old due to everything going on in the world — but now, at 18 months, my daughter loves attending and feels right at home. The staff treats us like family and always keeps me informed about her day, which gives me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention they provide. Thank you for everything you do!"

"My new bundle of joy has been at this center since he was almost 3 months old, the infant room is amazing those three ladies truly love the babies. They are all his aunties.
I also have a 12 year-old that has been attending this daycare since he was six months old. They are family oriented.
Dana, the owner, couldn’t have asked for a better woman to run the center."
